The Difference in Life

It’s almost 3 years I have completed my graduation and entered the world of challenge and professionalism. The world I knew till 3 years ago, is completely different from the world I know since past 3 years.

Often I remember about my non-working life. Those lovely days, when I had time for every small thing in the world. Time to play, Time to chat/ talk, Time to meet friends and relatives, Time to eat, Time to study, Time to do whatever I loved to do and wanted to do.

Let me ask you: How many of us does something (may be a hobby, learn something which you wanted to learn, etc) that makes us happy, in a day on a daily basis. The Answer would be hardly yes.

I am sure most of us do go back in time and remember those golden moments of life, and wish to get back there if given an option.

How to get that golden time back?
We can not get the lost time back, but we can surely make rest of our life full of golden moments.

On giving a deep thought, I was like what makes working and non working life so difference. I am same, I have all my pals with me, got new friends and colleagues, everything’s same, then what’s the difference. It was then I realized that the difference is ‘The Balance’. The balance between work and life.

Why Balance?
It goes this way: When we start our journey towards our goal in life, we put our entire resources (mind, body and time) towards that direction. We forget and tend to ignore everything around us including ourselves. We just remember our work and only work and everything related to work.
But if we think logically, Why do we work?
We work to earn, to build a career, to fulfill our dreams which will make us and our near and dear ones happy.

But we work so much that we don’t have time for anything else to do, sometimes we don’t even find time to talk to our loved ones.

The only way to make life full of golden moments is the right balance between work life and social life.

Live life daily…. Kya pata kal ho na ho ;)

Cheers :)

Hey Bhavs!!
Well you are absolutely right!! We need a balance and we all know it.
I have decided to change my way of living right from tomorrow morning 6am:) I just need to wake up that’s it:) LoL!!
Mom n Dad have left for mumbai and now the whole house is on me and the kitchen too:) which means i got to wake up early and finish cooking before i get back to work!
How am I Balacing my Life??
Well, I have got back to Yoga and soon planning to learn a language too..
So the bottom line is that if I want a Balance of everything in my life, i got to work on that change~!
Will update you on how it really went by the end of this month!
Adios!

:) so true ! but the question is ‘how do u get the balance’.

Oh oh!! I didn’t know you think so much Bhavik! First tell me how did you find time to think so much? ;)

I don’t know about others, but I am truly enjoying everything that I am doing. Once upon a time I used to have regrets about various things in life. But realised that regrets just bogs you down more!

So now, I live my life to the fullest. Key is to what you enjoy and enjoy what you do. :D Of course, easier said than done! But make an attempt.

BTW, have you ever heard anyone on death bed regretting that he spent less time in office?? ;) I am yet to come across such a person yet. :)

Gud one Ashish Bhai.. Ya I think a lot, infact thoughts come up even if we dont want:)…

Its good that you are doing what you love to and So do I:) but its this feeling that comes once.. Dint you feel you were back in coll ;) having fun

Mayur.. how to balance your life depends on you, what are your priorities, whats important to you etc.. just sort it out…

hey bhav, do sumthin that u dearly want to do…take sum time out n chase ur passion..do it @ work too..big deal u wil get d time if u tk d initiativ..tis all @ ur disposal young man..its upto us to mk d best of wat v hav..end of d day i stongly beliv in “I did not choose to b what iam…its my Karma” so u hav d best enjoy it..liivelife kingsize

Bhavik, actually my feeling is exactly opposite to yours :)

I feel that the current time in my life should have come earlier. I would have been really glad if my I would be living the same life even during the college days :D

This is what I have been saying! Don’t have regrets! Enjoy the current moment! Here is what I had read somewhere:

No matter what is your age but
-if you keep thinking about the past, you are old
-if you keep thinking about the future, you are a kid
and
-if you keep thinking about the future, you are forever young :)

I still gladly remember those old days when I used to do so much programming in C during my graduation days. I used to win accolades from various people. My C function library was used to build commercial applications. I had built up a reputation and people used to come looking for me just by word of mouth. :D Great days!

But I still feel, today is better. Even though not as many people seek me, whoever seeks me pays me my fees at the end of it all.

So here the key is to look at the brighter and better part of it! There is no end to “ifs and buts” and no end to regrets. Come out of it! Life is beautiful. Don’t miss today or else tomorrow you will once again regret missing it.

Yes there is a difference in life, there is a change. But the change is for better! Look at the overall pitcure and you will realise. :)

Ya am also not regreting.. it was just that a thought pondered in my mind.. and I wanted to blog it out…

What am doing currently is what am loving it… Theres lots of thoughts for lots of thing in my mind.. due to which I feel am in short of time. What to do its initial career fire ;) .

nice, great going dude, im trying to live every second properly lol..

You scare me, I’m in my second year of college and right now I barely have time for myself. Good reading, Thanks.
