Doom 3 is a brilliantly made first person shooter game for hardcore blood-action game lovers.

The Game:
Marine is set out on mission to kill the devils and demons that are affecting the UAC’s operations and the reason behind disappearance of various scientists and employees around. The game passes through various levels, with increase difficulties and different devils to fight with.

Weapons provided are pretty okay and not much in variety, when compared to various hi-end games which give lots of weapons to play around with. The best ones are plasma gun, grenades, BFG 9000 and the Soul Cube.

The gaming environment  is mainly dark in nature, which really scares the player, with amazing sound and light & shading supporting to it. Special effects the way the devils appear, really scares the hell out.

If you are not a kind of person who likes violence/ blood in a game, then this game is not at all your cup of tea. It’s for those who love violence.

Summary:
Its a game worth playing once, but you will need cheat codes to play. It’s very difficult to play without cheat codes even in the easiest mode. As from level 2 so many devils attack you, that you wont even realise when you are killed.

Atmosphere: A natural look like atmosphere, blended nicely to create the scary, curious and alert environment.

Sound: Amazing sound effects, that scares you at its best.

Graphics: Graphics are pretty good. Textures are effectively used to create a bloody battle field look.

Visual Effects: Amazing visual effects which catches the main attraction.
